We break down how you communicate your needs now and look at how to effectively communicate and advocate for yourself.

You are a wonderful badass, and we sure as shit will celebrate that as you make progress toward a ‘you’ that fits.

Can self-esteem be improved?

Fuck yes, it can! Self-doubt, being unsure of yourself, and the many other thoughts that come with feeling low about yourself can be improved! It takes time to look at how we view ourselves now and how we would like to see ourselves. It also actively takes work, which can be uncomfortable but ultimately amazingly rewarding.

Why is self-esteem important?

I think of self-esteem simply as “Do I like myself?” If you navigate life not enjoying who you are or look to outside people to tell you who to be, it creates a struggle to find fulfillment, value, and joy. It impacts how we interact in relationships, make decisions, and our emotional well-being. If we don’t like ourselves, we allow others to mold us into something that doesn’t fit our values, likes, and internal compass.

What can I expect from self-esteem life coaching sessions?

If I give clients anything, it’s a place to feel heard and not judged for how you think and feel. We will work together to determine what you value in yourself and how to use your strengths and abilities to build a solid foundation. It will take work. Looking at ourselves in a mirror can be uncomfortable, and changing our thoughts isn’t always fun. I’m here to guide you towards unshakable confidence through laughs, tears, and cheerleading you on.
