Psychology-trained Life Coach (yes, there's a difference)
I spent years training and practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist because I wanted to understand people who felt trapped by their circumstances, how they stayed stuck even when they desperately wanted change, and what actually creates the kind of change that lasts. Now I bring all of that clinical knowledge into coaching, which means you get something most coaches can't offer: real tools rooted in psychology, without the diagnosis or the kind of deep trauma work that leaves you wrecked for the rest of the day.
Based in Orange County and coaching women nationally, I've helped women in their 30s and 40s break out of survival mode, silence their inner critic, and build lives that actually feel good to live. This work takes commitment and the women who show up ready to do it are the ones who see their whole life shift.
