Online Life Coaching for Life Transitions

You can handle anything

Let's be honest things haven't

...panned out like you thought

You were under the impression that in your 30s and 40s you'd feel like you’d have your shit together and you could handle all life's obstacles without a ton of stress.

It's a given that we will experience transitions in various roles in our lives, including our job, parenting, marital status, family, friendships, or even our health.

The plot twist is that you didn’t anticipate these challenging changes feel like they happen, or do happen, all at once. Despite hoping things would improve with time you don’t feel like you have the tools to manage feeling maxed out.

Does it feel like...

You're  struggling to find your balance because life keeps happening

You're  pulled in too many directions

Between daily living, taking care of others, and big life changes, it definitely feels like you didn’t get life’s owner’s manual. (Did anyone get one?!)

That’s where I come in…to give you permission to ask for help, recognize you’re not doing it wrong, sort through all the things on your plate so you can make some space for yourself.  It may seem far-fetched, but you don’t have to continue just getting to the end of the day only to start the same one over.

You’re already capable of handling the tough stuff.

Coaching reshapes your view on how to.

Life coaching with me offers tools to gain a clearer understanding of how to navigate life’s changes without overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt. When shit does go sideways, you’ll feel confident in yourself and your ability to handle it.

You’ll have a greater understanding of yourself and your strengths. And, you’ll be able to use that knowledge to communicate your feelings and needs so that overwhelm is managed before it becomes too much.

What are examples

of life transitions?

Life usually is happening all at once. Sometimes, we experience a change in one area of life, or sometimes, it happens in multiple areas. This can include career/business, starting a new venture, relationships (partners, friends, family), parenthood, death of a loved one, breakup/divorce, relocation, caregiving for a loved one, or a new health condition. They can be significant or minor changes, but they can feel disruptive either way.

Can coaching address my unique life transition?

Absolutely, yes! Coaching with me is tailored to you. I don’t believe in forcing you into a standard template that may not work for you. Our work is collaborative and for you.

How can life coaching help me navigate a life transition?

Sometimes, we just need to tell our story and how it disrupts our life. I want you first to feel heard and understood. Then, we will help you understand how the transition impacts you and create realistic ways to tackle whatever obstacle may be in your way. My general methodology is listed above, but I will tailor coaching to your needs!
